I am working on creating 3D replicas of the 8 different Turtles of Ontario. With borrowed shells from the Toronto Zoo and help from the Kawartha Turtle Trauma Centre I am working to make these turtles as accurate as I can.

These are the Painted Turtle and the Musk Turtle

You can see the completed project in the 3D Gallery

All 8 Replica Turtles of Ontario were on display at the Royal Ontario Museum in the Biodiversity Gallery from June 23rd to July 21st 2016

"Woven Woodland" in process.

This crochet shawl was made with wool from a sheep called Moxie. The fleece was washed, dyed, carded, blended, spun and plied before the crochet work could begin. Now I can enjoy wearing it!
